1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bet qq ("bet qq", "we", "us", "our"), which operates the online betting and casino platform accessible at betqq.im and any associated mobile-optimised interface.
By accessing the bet qq website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by bet qq, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use any part of the bet qq platform.
These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. Where any conflict exists between those documents and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
Bet qq reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided via the email address on your registered account or through a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of bet qq after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use an account on bet qq, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet qq takes age verification seriously and may request documentary evidence at any stage.
- You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited by local law at the time of your use of bet qq.
- You must be acting as a private individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You must not currently hold, or have previously held, a self-excluded status on bet qq or be excluded under any arrangement made through our responsible gaming programme.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
Bet qq does not warrant that the use of this platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using bet qq is legal in your specific location before you register or continue using the platform.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Policy
Each individual player is permitted to hold one and only one active account with bet qq. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, bet qq reserves the right to close all but one account, void all bets placed across duplicate accounts, and retain any bonuses claimed on duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information
When registering with bet qq, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 Verification
Bet qq may at any time request identity verification documents, including a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation, to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation promptly when requested. Failure to satisfy a verification request within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restrictions until the verification is completed.
3.4 Account Currency
All bet qq accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No multi-currency accounts are available. All displayed balances, bet amounts, and payouts are in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by bet qq.
4. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet qq account credentials, including your password and any one-time codes sent to your registered mobile number. Bet qq will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any third-party channel.
You agree to notify bet qq immediately at support@betqq.im if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Bet qq accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting your credentials.
You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to place bets, access games, or conduct any activity on your behalf through your bet qq account. Account sharing is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Bet qq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, all transacted in Pakistani Rupees: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Interbank Fund Transfer (IBFT), and Visa or Mastercard bank-issued debit and credit cards. Bet qq does not accept payments through cryptocurrency, third-party e-wallets not listed above, or anonymous payment methods.
5.2 Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit on bet qq is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Bet qq does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside our control.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits made from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account where possible.
5.3 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount on bet qq is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method registered in your own name and verified with bet qq. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bet qq processes Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within two minutes of approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes. IBFT transfers are processed within one to four business hours. Card withdrawals are processed within one to three business days.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification
Bet qq may require you to complete identity and payment verification before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal above a defined threshold. This is a standard anti-money laundering procedure and is not specific to any individual player. Providing verification documents promptly ensures your withdrawal is processed without unnecessary delay.
5.5 Balance Expiry
Real money balances on bet qq do not expire. Bonus balances expire according to the specific terms of each promotion. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 200 or the remaining balance if lower, after 30 days' notice to your registered mobile number.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
Bet qq offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms.
6.1 Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds credited to your bet qq account are subject to wagering requirements, which represent the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are stated at the point of offer. It is your responsibility to read these terms before claiming a bonus.
6.2 Welcome Bonus
New players who register at bet qq and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the published welcome bonus, subject to minimum deposit thresholds and verification requirements. Welcome bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method. Bet qq reserves the right to withdraw welcome bonus eligibility from any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe the registration was made for the purpose of bonus abuse.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
Bet qq takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that constitutes bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; placing opposing bets with another player to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; using computer-aided betting strategies to exploit bonus mechanics; and misrepresenting eligibility criteria. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in voiding of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
6.4 Promotion Changes
Bet qq reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations to players who have already claimed and begun meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus at the time of modification.
7. Sportsbook Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Acceptance
All bets placed on the bet qq sportsbook are subject to acceptance by bet qq. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference from bet qq. Bets placed during technical disruptions, market suspensions, or immediately following incorrect odds publications may be voided at bet qq's discretion.
7.2 Odds and Markets
Bet qq publishes odds for a wide range of sports and markets. All odds are displayed in decimal format by default and represent the total return per Rs 1 wagered including the original stake. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. The odds recorded at the time of acceptance are the odds that apply to your bet.
7.3 Palpable Errors
Where odds are published due to a manifest technical error ("palpable error") — such as odds that are clearly incorrect relative to actual market prices — bet qq reserves the right to void any bets placed at those incorrect odds and to return stakes to the relevant accounts. Bets that produced winnings solely as a result of a palpable error will not be honoured.
7.4 Match Abandonment and Postponement
If a sports event is abandoned before a result is achieved, most bets will be voided and stakes returned. For postponed events, bets are generally held if the event is rescheduled within 48 hours; otherwise stakes are returned. Cricket matches affected by weather with a Duckworth-Lewis-Stern result will be settled on that official result. Specific rules for each sport are available in the bet qq sportsbook rules section.
7.5 Maximum Winnings
Single-event maximum winnings and parlay accumulator maximum payouts are subject to limits that are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placing each bet. Bet qq reserves the right to limit maximum winnings for any market, event, or player at its discretion.
7.6 In-Play Betting
In-play markets on bet qq update in real time based on match events. Bet qq does not accept liability for bets placed on outdated odds after the triggering event has occurred where the delay is attributable to the player's internet connection or device performance. If a technical issue on bet qq's side results in incorrect in-play odds being available after an event, affected bets may be voided.
8. Casino and Live Casino Game Rules
All casino games available on the bet qq platform are provided by licensed third-party software developers. Each game operates according to the specific rules published within the game interface. Bet qq publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for every casino game in the library so that players can make informed choices.
8.1 RNG Games
Random Number Generator (RNG) games — including slot games, virtual table games, and RNG Andar Bahar — use certified random number generation algorithms that have been independently audited. The outcome of each round is entirely independent of previous rounds. Bet qq does not control or influence the outcome of any RNG game result.
8.2 Live Casino Games
Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios using real dealers, cards, and wheels. Bet qq acts as an intermediary between the player and the live game provider. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bets that were already accepted before the disconnection will be settled on the actual game result. Bet QQ is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet or device failures.
8.3 Disputed Results
Where a player disputes the result of a casino game, bet qq will investigate the matter using server-side game logs maintained by the game provider. The recorded game data is considered authoritative in any dispute. Results that appear incorrect on a player's screen due to a display error on the player's device will not be grounds for voiding a settled game result.
8.4 Maximum Bet Limits
Each casino game on bet qq has a maximum bet limit visible in the game interface before each round begins. Players who consistently place bets at or near maximum limits may be subject to individual bet limit reviews by bet qq's risk management team. This is a standard industry practice and does not imply any wrongdoing by the player.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet qq platform and will result in account closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with bet qq in a way that provides an unfair advantage, including but not limited to automated bet placement and odds scraping.
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the bet qq platform or any game for personal gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker and arranged match betting.
- Placing bets based on inside information about the outcome of a sports event that is not publicly available — this includes but is not limited to match-fixing and spot-fixing information.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using bet qq to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds of illicit origin.
- Attempting to create multiple accounts or impersonate another person to circumvent account restrictions, bans, or verification requirements.
- Using chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider to reclaim funds that were legitimately deposited and used on bet qq.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing bet qq staff or other players through any communication channel.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Suspension by Bet QQ
Bet qq reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, is subject to a legal order or regulatory requirement, or where the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
10.2 Closure by the Player
You may request the closure of your bet qq account at any time by contacting our support team at support@betqq.im. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
10.3 Balance on Closure
Where an account is closed by bet qq due to a breach of these Terms, bet qq reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance including deposited funds in cases of confirmed fraud, money laundering, or serious misconduct. Where an account is closed due to a technical error or administrative issue on our side, the full balance will be returned to the player.
11. Responsible Gaming
Bet qq is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that betting and casino gaming should be enjoyable entertainment and we take seriously our obligation to help players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling.
Every bet qq account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time from your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits to your bet qq account. Increases to limits take 72 hours to take effect; reductions are applied immediately.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive an on-screen notification after a defined period of continuous gameplay.
- Reality Checks: Regular pop-up summaries of your session duration and net win/loss position.
- Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a defined period — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days — without permanently closing it.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bet qq. Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible for a minimum period of six months. During self-exclusion, bet qq will not send you promotional communications.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on the bet qq platform — including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other material — is the intellectual property of bet qq or its licensed content providers. Nothing on the platform grants you any licence or right to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any bet qq content without our express prior written permission.
Game content provided by third-party developers remains the intellectual property of those developers. Bet qq makes that content available to you under licence; you do not acquire any ownership rights in any game by using it on the platform.
Attempts to copy, reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the bet qq platform — including for the purpose of creating a competing service — are prohibited and will result in legal action.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet qq, its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses incurred through betting or casino gameplay, including losses resulting from wagering decisions made by the player.
- Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, network issues, or events beyond bet qq's reasonable control.
- Losses resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Errors in bet placement made by the player, including wrong selections, wrong stake amounts, or misunderstood odds formats.
- Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
Bet qq's total liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the net deposits you have made to your account in the 12-month period preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits bet qq's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our own gross negligence.
14. Amendments and Governing Law
14.1 Amendments
Bet qq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — we will provide at least 14 days' notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. Non-material amendments, such as clarifications or corrections, may take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Continued use of bet qq after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on bet qq, constitute the entire agreement between you and bet qq with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings whether oral or written.
14.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a competent authority, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
